Water Soluble high-grade liquid fluxes:


The WS-733 water Soluble  Flux is designed for wave soldering critical electronic assemblies. The unique chemistry provides high reliability and excellent ionic cleanliness. WS-733 does not create excessive foaming in standard water cleaning systems and exhibits excellent soldering properties in large volume production without sacrificing reliability.

The WS-748 water Soluble Flux is designed for wave soldering critical electronic assemblies. The unique chemistry provides high reliability and excellent ionic cleanliness. During wave soldering, WS-748 has no offensive odor and gives off little fumes compared to other water-soluble formulations. WS-748 does not create excessive foaming in standard water cleaning systems and exhibits excellent soldering properties in large volume production without sacrificing reliability.

No-clean high-grade liquid fluxes:

The NC-95 is a no-clean low solid, rosin-free, halide-free organic soldering flux formulated for wave soldering of high-end multi-layer boards. it does not contain rosin and leaves practically no residue after wave soldering. It does not leave insulative residues on test pads and therefore does not cause any interference to ICT. NC-95 no-dean flux conforms to IPC-SF-818 specification.

NC-98 is a no-clean flux designed with a low solids content (3.0%s), and is a halide free soldering flux formulated for wave soldering of high-end multi-layer boards. The NC-98 creates less visible residue, fear fumes and higher SIR values. It does not leave insulative residues on test pads and therefore does not cause any interference to ICT. NC-98 no-dean flux conforms far beyond the requirements of bellcore TR-TSY-000078 and IPC-SF-818 Class 3 specifications. Per IPC-SF-818 specification, the NC-98 is characterized as ORLO flux and can be used for no-dean applications.

Special Liquid fluxes:

No-Clean NVOC-85 is formulated using water as the base. This material is a rosin and resin-free soldering flux formulated for wave soldering. It leaves very low residue after wave soldering. The No-Clean NVOC-85 flux conforms to IPC-SF-818 and European DIN 8527 specifications. Per IPC-SF-818 specification, No-Clean NVOC-85 is characterized as a LO flux and can be used for no-Clean applications. Washing is not necessary since any residual flux residues are non-corrosive and halide-free.

The HAL-776 flux is used in hot air solder leveling machines. HAL-776 flux material exhibits high temperature stability and thermal conductivity with complete solubility of residue. The flux is designed for direct use from the container and needs no dilution by any other solvents. HAL-776 flux can be used on both vertical and horizontal machines.
