OEM CONVERTER – 420VX-24X-INV - Dual Function Universal Interface module: Current to Voltage Converter and Signal Inverter (transducer) board with DIN-RAIL mounting option.

 

The CONVERTER-420VX-24X-INV board is designed to perform industrial standard precision current to voltage linear conversion (transducer) and signal inverter. If used properly, it will eliminate the need for an expensive boards, which would otherwise be needed to carry out the same tasks.

 

The CONVERTER-420VX-24X-INV  is easy to install, setup and operate. If you want to do professional remote linear current converter related functions, The CONVERTER-420VX-24X-INV offers the features you need. It can be mounted easily via four 0.125" mounting holes utilizing 4-40 screws.

 

The CONVERTER-420VX-24X-INV board is design for both recondition command (CMD) or feedback (FBD) current signal of 4-20mA and/or inverse their direction.

 

The module utilized in a servo amplifier that requires command and/or feedback signals which have opposite polarities. Where; the inverter enables either the feedback or command signal to be inverted, when the two signals are of the same polarity. For instance, a uni-polar analog signal from a feedback transducer output of -10 to +10V “on the fly” need to change to +10 to -10V in order to be feed correctly to the amplifier summing input to balance the command signal.

 

Common uses are:

1. PLC command signal of 4 to 20mA need to be converted to; Model A.  (0 to +10V) or (0 to -10V) or Model B. –(10 to 10V) or (10V to -10V)

 

2. A transducer/sensor feedback signal of (0 to +10V) convert to (0 to -10V) or (0 to -10) to (0 to +10V).

 

Simply connect the board to 24V AC or DC Power supply, connect your current sources (4-20mA) to the differential inputs and our board will convert it to linear voltage i.e 0-10V. 

 

 

The CONVERTER-420VX-24X-INV transducer is typically used to convert current signal of 4-20mA to a stable constant-voltage source. A precision instrumentation amplifier and filter combination provide an accurate, conditioned 0 to 0 to -10V or 0 to 10V DC output from a 4-20mA current input.

 

Other input current are available:

 

1 to 5mA, 10 to 50mA and 20 to 100mA
